Day one consisted of walking 3 kilometers from our hotel/motel or other accommodations. Outside of the accommodations, we had very little traffic and it was very quiet – we felt safe because everyone drove slowly near us.

We arrived in the late afternoon and walked from Koh Sichang Pier toward Chao Pho Khao Yai Shrine. Along the way, we enjoyed peaceful street views and sea breezes. Later, The evening was completed after dinner was served at Rabiang Talay Sichang Restuarant which offered freshly caught seafood that was seasoned well. The location was also right on the beach which added an additional layer of experience to the dinner.
