Choosing the right place to stay can completely change your trip, and Sawasdee Sichang Resort truly made our journey to Koh Sichang Island special.
When planning our recent trip, we wanted to find a place that was tranquil, inviting, conveniently situated, and reasonably priced. According to many of the reviews and photos we looked at before booking our reservation, this resort was definitely the right choice for us! Overall, it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made on our trip.

The island has small beaches, viewpoints, temples, and scenic roads. You can explore everything by motorbike or tuk-tuk. Ko Si Chang beach is peaceful, and the sea views are beautiful.Koh Sichang is a popular island with many desires of local culture, and not crowded at all! After arriving at the pier, we contacted the resort. The owner sent a local tuk-tuk, called a Skylap, to pick us up. Best of all, this service was free of charge.
Within minutes, we reached Sawasdee Sichang Resort. The ride was short, smooth, and relaxing. This service made arrival easy, especially with luggage.
About Sawasdee Sichang Resort
Sawasdee Sichang Resort sits among trees and nature. At the same time, it is close to the main living area, shops, and restaurants.
The atmosphere feels calm, green, and peaceful. Birds sing in the morning, and the air feels fresh. This makes it a perfect Koh Sichang Resort for travelers who want comfort and relaxation.
Among many koh si chang hotels, this resort stands out for its friendly service and peaceful environment.
We stayed in a studio on the second floor of the hotel and had an incredible experience overall! This room had a good amount of light, had a very clean appearance, and was a comfortable place to relax. Our king bed was very plush, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable.
Each of the hotel studios has:
- A front sitting area.
- A back door area.
- A clean bathroom.
- A comfortable king-sized bed.
We felt more comfortable and relaxed in the big front sitting area compared to the little back sitting area.
The back area had many trees, which made it feel a bit messy. Still, it added natural shade and fresh air.
Breakfast & Drinks at the Sawasdee Sichang Resort
What a great way to start your day with breakfast included in your stay! You were able to enjoy hot drinks such as coffee (brewed a few minutes before you eat), hot chocolate, and/or your choice of eggs and toast – all ingredients put together to create a delicious and healthy first meal of the day!. Breakfast at the resort provided us with the opportunity to relax and have peaceful time on the island of Sichang. It contributed greatly to making our stay at the resort fun and really enjoyable.
Friendly Owner & Warm Service
One thing we loved most about Sawasdee Sichang Resort was the owner and staffs. They was kind, warm, and very helpful. They helped with transportation, local tips, and island advice.
This personal care made us feel welcome and relaxed. Good service truly makes a difference when choosing a Resort Koh Si Chang.
Helpful Tips Before You Go
If you’re headed to Ko Si Chang Island, here are some great ideas to help make your visit enjoyable:
- Bring repellent to avoid being bitten by some of the many mosquitoes on the island!
- Rent a motorbike to make it easy to get around and see all that the island has to offer.
- Bring small amounts of cash, because there are quite a few stores that don’t accept cards.
- Look up the ferry schedule and have it ready before you get there.
- Make your reservations in advance during peak times like weekends and holidays.
