No Limits Gym Da Nang review: Son Tra
We arrived at No Limits just after 6 in the morning. The place was already half full of expats getting a session in before the heat hit. If you are staying near My Khe Beach or Son Tra, this is one of the two gyms we tested ourselves in Da Nang. This article gives you the full breakdown of No Limits Fitness & Yoga, separate from our general Da Nang gym comparison.
What is No Limits Fitness & Yoga in Son Tra
No Limits Fitness & Yoga opened in Son Tra back in March 2024. It has become one of the more popular gyms with foreigners on the beach side of Da Nang. It isn’t just a weight room. The second floor is dedicated to yoga, boxing, and functional training classes. It works for people who want more than just a bench and a rack.

No Limits Gym Da Nang: location and prices
No Limits Gym location: 233 Nguyễn Công Trứ, An Hải, Sơn Trà, Da Nang. It’s a short ride from My Khe Beach.
Opening hours: 5:00 AM – 8:30 PM, every day.
Day pass price: around 150,000 VND for a one-time entrance.
Monthly membership: sold in longer terms rather than a plain month-to-month rate. Here’s what it works out to per month:
- 3 months: 2,400,000 VND total, about 800,000 VND/month
- 6 months: 4,600,000 VND total, about 766,700 VND/month
- 12 months: 7,200,000 VND total, about 600,000 VND/month
There’s also a women-only yoga membership. It starts from about 3,200,000 VND for 3 months, roughly 1,066,700 VND/month.
No Limits Fitness Yoga Da Nang from our experience
Well, as I said, No Limits isn’t just about the weights. The space has an open-factory vibe with fans and good air circulation. There is no air conditioning, which shocked us a little in the Da Nang heat. But the airflow was honestly better than we expected.

The first floor has benches, free weights, and cardio machines. There’s even a caged area for MMA training with mats and punching bags. The second floor is used for functional training and group classes like yoga and boxing. There’s also a small cafe corner near the entrance serving espresso, a nice touch if you want to sit down after a session.
There’s also a sauna, which was a nice surprise for a gym at this price point. Bathrooms and showers on both floors were clean, and that mattered a lot to us after a sweaty session. Lockers are available, but they don’t come with locks. So bring your own, or keep valuables with you.
Things to do at the gym
- Free weights, benches, and cardio machines on the first floor
- Caged MMA area with mats and punching bags
- Yoga and boxing group classes on the second floor
- Personal training available on request
- Sauna and clean showers on both floors
Is there an entry fee for No Limits Fitness & Yoga?
Yes. If you don’t want a membership, the one-time day pass is around 150,000 VND. It also gives you access to the yoga and boxing classes on the day you visit.
Best time to visit
Since there’s no air conditioning, early morning (right at the 5 AM opening) or evening sessions are the most comfortable. Midday between around 10:30 AM and noon tends to be quieter. That’s useful to know if you’re trying to dodge the after-work crowd.
Worth it for short-stay travelers?
This is a common question, because the membership pricing is built around longer stays. If you’re only in Da Nang for a few days, the day pass at 150,000 VND is the way to go. It still gives you full access to the day’s yoga and boxing classes. If you’re staying a month or more, the 3-month package works out cheaper per visit than repeated day passes.
